LESSON 2 : THE BIBLE

  The Bible is a convergence of HISTORY, POETRY and PROPHECY in the Old Testament and the Synopsis of Jesus and The Epistles in the New Testament. Gods Word is scripted for all in this book also referred to as scripture and the central purpose to the reader is and should be edification from this all encompassing conjunction of different writings.

2 Timothy 3:16 says all scripture is inspired by God and is profitable for Growth, for Doctrine, For Instruction and for Correction in righteousness. 

Steady study of the Bible is pivotal for growth.

Reading through like a novel is great. Learning God given inspired points and thought projections from the Bible is even much better and can aid growth much faster especially if regimented. 

The growth and increase in capacity of a Christian is tied to this as more about one’s identity as a believer is revealed. 

I think if people read the Bible more, they’d be worried less, because there are timely encouragements and helpful write ups for anyone to gain from and generally have improvement of life.

It is imperative that our gadget operating generation is warned of the dangers of not accruing enough time to bible reading(s) too. The bible is the word of God and psalms says the entrance of Gods word, brings light and understanding, goes further in another verse to state that Gods word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path, meaning absence of the word of God causes confusion and darkness just like the earth was in the beginning , till Gods word came. 

Interest for the word of God cannot be overemphasised in our time

Referential words in scripture include begat, bear, delivered(contextual) etc.  Some others which may show the process include conceived, bare etc. WHAT IS BIRTH? Birth is simply the process of child bearing Birth is the descriptive name used around the scenario of offsprings emerging from all living things. Animals give birth, even plants bear fruits. LESSON 1 : GROWTH IN ITSELF

GROWTH IN ITSELF it is recorded in Luke that Jesus GREW,in wisdom, in stature, and in Favour with God and Man. Paul the Apostle said in one of his epistles, that Childhood brought the acting and thinking pattern of a child, but Adulthood is characterized by the putting away of childish things.  Everything stated about growth shows how much it’s greatest effects are on you and how much of a personal thing it is. So Whilst you can be schooled and adviced, the onos lies on you to GROW UP.  growth in context here refers to spiritual growth but it affects all other corners as we see in Jesus.  Proverbs tells us that Wisdom is the principal and most important item on the “get” list among all our gettings.
